Actor Hrithik Roshan created headlines a few weeks earlier when he announced his separation from Sussanne. However, the actor put on a brave face as he made a public appearance for the first time since the split. Hrithik was there in Vashi, Mumbai to launch the renowned Joyalukkas Showroom.

A huge group of fans gathered at the venue to catch a glimpse of the Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan. Hrithik's last film 'Krrish 3', which also featured Kangana Ranaut, Priyanka Chopra and Vivek Oberoi was a Box Office hit. 

 Hrithik who will be seen in upcoming film ‘Bang Bang’ opposite Katrina Kaif sported a scruffy bearded look. Seen here, the actor takes the mic as he addresses his fans. 

The news of Sussanne-Hrithik separation came just a few days before their 13th marriage anniversary. The duo tied the knot on December 20, 2000 post the success of Hrithik's debut film 'Kaho Naa... Pyaar Hai'. (IANS) 

 Hrithik, who has a huge fan following, matched steps with one of his supporters at the event he recently attended. 

 If rumours are anything to go by, Hrithik Roshan has put an end to his tiff with the so-called rival Salman Khan. The actor, who shared a not-so-great bond with Salman, visited the star at his Panvel house for a few hours on December 31. 

 While Hrithik's keenness to experiment with his roles has helped him win everyone's plaudits, the fact that he has no starry airs has also helped him expand his fan base over the years. Like a true star, he appreciates his fans. Here, the star gets busy with his fans. 

 Hrithik waved out to the numerous fans collected there. He said that he was heart-warmed to see the love that the people bestowed on him.

 We can only hope that this outing is the start of him getting his life back on track.

No Marriage Plans Right Now Says Kangna Ranaut

As of now, marriage is not on the priority for actress Kangna Ranaut. While she is preparing for the release of her women-centric film “Queen”, Kangna said that she has no plans for marriage as for the moment she was busy with other important things in life.

“Frankly speeking, I have no plans for marriage and I prefer to be alone. There are other things in my life which are on my list of priorities.” Kangna further said, “marriage is about companionship and commitment but I am not looking for that at the moment.” Kangana was interacting with mediapersons here.

“As a person also I don’t need anybody’s company and I have worked a lot to be on my own. I enjoy my company a lot. I like cooking, dancing and people who can live in their own company are blessed,” she feels.

The actress who will also be seen another women-centric film “Revolver Rani” this year says she has creative control over both and wants to do more such movies.

“As an actress, I think you have more control over creative content with these films. In other films they just call you for your shots but with ‘Queen’ and ‘Revolver Rani’, I was involved with everything. With these films you shoot daily so you have more creative control. You learn a lot as a person with these films as your more involved with your films. I wish to do as many films of this type as possible,” said the young 26-year-old actress.

The last few weeks in Hrithik Roshan's life have been full of twists and turns.

The actor made a public statement announcing the end of his marriage and this led a series of speculations on what exactly went wrong between Sussanne and him.

While all this was happening, Hrithik chose to stay away from the spotlight, and was in LA for some much-needed rest post Krrish 3. It also gave him a chance to allow the shock among his fans post the news of his split with Sussanne to settle down.

And while the status of his relationship with Sussanne has surely taken a toll on his peace of mind; when Roshan landed in Mumbai a few days back, he looked fitter than ever before.

Reportedly when Hrithik Roshan flew to LA a few weeks back, he even took his trainer along with him.

Post his brain surgery in July, Hrithik had been advised to stay away from intense workouts. At the same time he was also busy with the 24x7 promotions of Krrish 3, due to which his body was slowly becoming out of shape.

So in this short break before resuming the shoot of Bang Bang, Hrithik and his trainer chalked out a new workout and diet plan to help the actor return to his Greek-God physique.

Hrithik set out to get himself a lean look, vital for Bang Bang.

So Hrithik signed up with one of LA’s best gyms and his workout included cardio and resistance training followed by weight and treadmill runs. 

"His diet was high on nutrients and low on calories. His morning began with egg whites and a protein shake. He lunched on salad, a few potatoes and 200 gm fish. Dinner was salad again with 150 gm chicken," said a source to Mumbai Mirror.

Now that he is back - The routine continues in Mumbai too and the actor works out for two hours everyday at his Juhu home.

Bollywood diva Kangana Ranaut graced the cover page of entertainment magazine "CineBlitz" in this month's issue with her sexy avatar.

The 26-year-old actress unveiled the cover of CineBlitz's October issue on Friday at Landmark bookstores in Andheri.  

For the cover page, Kangana has sported her "Krrish 3" evil look and is stunning in her black attire with shiny printed pants and smoky eye makeup.

In her candid interview with the entertainment magazine, Kangana discussed about the different variety of films she has featured in.

"Yes, some really different and challenging. Each has its own charm. I am glad I have been offered such variety, tells me the producers are willing to put faith in my craft. It's good, I am happy," she told Cine Blitz.

"You lose yourself only when you lose perspective of why you doing what you doing. Yes, initially perhaps I signed up for the first of the lot merely because all other actresses were doing that kind of work and I simply did not want to lose out or look unapproachable for any sort of work. Eventually I realised that it's just not me, but a girl has to live, I thought I might as well make some money in the bargain," she added.

'Krrish 3' Strikes Box Office, Earns Rs.72.7 Crore in Three Days

Krrish 3, starring Hrithik Roshan, Vivek Oberoi has struck the right chord with the audience and is reaping rich dividends at the box office - it did a business of Rs.72.7 crores within the first three days of its release. The superhero sci-fi is still counting.

The figure includes collections from the Tamil and Telugu dubbed versions as well.

Krrish 3 is director-producer Rakesh Roshan's third instalment of the franchise that hit the road to glory in 2003 with Koi ... Mil Gaya.

Krrish 3 came out on Friday and collected Rs.25.20 crores on the first day, followed by R .23.20 crores on the second day with impressive Diwali day collections at Rs.24.30 crore, said a statement.

If the audience lapped up Hrithik as superhero again, they have also appreciated the performances by Vivek Oberoi and Kangana Ranaut who play negative characters in the film. Priyanka Chopra is the female lead.

According to the trade pundits, the film will enjoy a full house this week too.

Each time evil awakens in the world, a superhero rekindles his superpowers. This time Krrish is back, with thrice the power to destroy the demonic Kaal and his bastion of beastly mutants.

Review: Evil doesn't raise its ugly head anymore. It raises a finger. But then 'Good' flies too. In 'Superhero' form - Caped, masked, winged - with muscles of steel and hearts of gold. Our comic-book phirang fantasy boys have flown high as 'Supermen' in Hollywood epics for eons. In India, only one man with an audacious flight of imagination - Rakesh Roshan - has thrice-over, superbly crafted a fantastical world 'alien' to Bollywood, with our very own amazingly evocative superhero - Krrish (Hrithik).

Leaping from where the prequel ended, Krishna (Hrithik) lives with his wife (Priyanka), and genius Dad, Rohit Mehra (Hrithik). In twirling black cape and mask, he hurtles across the city on heroic rescue operations, playing good hubby and doing odd jobs (as the alter ego). But his life is uproariously interrupted with the emergence of a dark and destructive world of an evil called 'Kaal' (Vivek). A maniacal villain, with special powers and a venomous will to erase inferior beings - the human race.

Kaal fuses DNA, to create an assortment of evil mutants called maanvars (manav+jaanwar) - a horned Rhinoman, red-eyed Antman, a Frogman (who gives lot of tongue) and a super-shapely chameleon Kaya (Kangna). He wants to spread a deadly virus to exterminate humanity, but Krrish uses his superpowers to save 'mankind' from the malignant 'mutakind'.

Hrithik is truly the stuff superheroes are made of. Brandishing his Greek-God looks and almighty powers. Displaying larger-than-life flair and flying shoulder-to-shoulder with any Hollywood superman. As the prosthetically pot-bellied and ageing Rohit, he is incredible. Vivek, as a physically disabled anti-hero is menacing as a 'hellboy'. His lunatic laugh and white-washed make-up make him fearfully fantastic. Priyanka is good in her limited role. Kangna in her gothic and deviously dark avatar looks stunning and pulls off an outstanding act.

With a visually riveting and emotionally engaging story, intriguing characters, sweeping VFX (unseen thus far on Indian celluloid) Rakesh Roshan's ambitious dream lives up. Yes, it's hugely inspired (by the Bats, Spideys and Wolverines of the West), but our superhero has his own 'X-factor'. Even with all the high-octane car crashes, explosions and 'animatronics', the philosophy is the force behind it all, yet, never overpowering the story.

The songs are slightly disappointing and background score (Salim-Sulaiman) is good, but unable to amp up the magnitude of the film.

For sheer vision, bravado and superlative execution, this one soars to new orbits. Latch on to this cape for an exhilarating ride.

Note: You might not like this film if sci-fi, fantastical films are not your scene.

‘Krrish 3′ Craze: Ahmedabad Fans Goes Ballistic Over Hrithik Roshan!

Ahmedabad: Our Indian superhero, Hrithik Roshan knows how to get things going, not only for a jewellery brand he is endorsing, but also for his upcoming film ‘Krrish 3′.

Hrithik Roshan was in Ahmedabad on October 26, 2013 during the inauguration of the brand’s new showroom, in association with ‘Krrish 3′. The Dubai based jeweller recently also has appointed Hrithik Roshan as their brand ambassador.

The crowd went mad on meeting their “superhero”. Hrithik is not the first male actor who is endorsing a jewellery brand. In the past “megastar” Amitabh Bachchan, Sanjay Dutt, Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan have also been associated with such brands.

While Hrithik was in Ahmedabad for this event, his co-actress Priyanka Chopra was on the sets of ‘Bigg Boss 7′ to promote ‘Krrish 3′, which is all set to hit the theaters on November 1, 2013.

My Room Like College Dorm-Room Says Priyanka Chopra

Actress Priyanka Chopra compares her room to a college dormitory and says it has everything -- from glow-in-the dark-stars to a mood board.

"My room is like a college dorm (Dormitory)-room. I've like glowing stars on the roof, mood board, whatever my moods are I write on the mood board because I am very creative. I like writing," said the 31-year-old actress while doing a photo shoot for a realty brand.

"I have a tack board. I cut things that I like and I put that in the board. I have a vision board, lots of photograph of friends and family. I have books, a library in my room because I like seeing my books in my room... it's like cluttered.

"It has everything that I would ever need from the reach of my bed," she added.

The actress will next be seen in Krrish 3 with Hrithik Roshan and in an item number in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Ram Leela.

Salim-Sulaiman Goes International; Compose Music For Hollywood

Bollywood music directors Salim and Sulaiman Merchant are making their debut in Hollywood with Academy Award winner Jeffrey D Brown's film 'Sold'.

The duo, who have composed music for hit Hindi films like 'Band Baaja Baaraat', 'Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi' and Fashion, have composed two songs for the Hollywood project.

Their Hollywood film deals with the issue of human trafficking but it has been shot in India.

"The makers called us saying they wanted us to do the music for this film. Though it is a Hollywood film but its roots are Indian. The subject is intense, powerful and heavy but it was fun doing music for it," Salim said. 

"It feels great opportunity to be a part of this project as the theme of the film is about human trafficking. We feel fortunate," he said. 

"One is a celebration song and other is a wedding song. We have given a kind of music that will appeal to all," Salim said. 

Their upcoming Hindi films include Satyagraha, Krrish 3 and Kanchi.

“Western civilization has always had a very strong comic book culture. And it has been around so long that it has almost attained the status of mythology. It is no surprise then that every summer Hollywood sees a spate of superhero movies. In India, there isn’t source material like that to fall back on. So a superhero had to be created.

When Koi Mil Gaya released in 2003, and the novel concept of Jadoo and his powers was so widely accepted, I knew that the stage was set for the birth of a very special hero. Krrish was created as a result. No stone was left unturned in making sure that we gave our audiences a fantastic and state-of-the-art superhero. It worked. And Krrish became a household name.

Now we had our own little mythology. Jadoo, Rohit, Krishna, Krrish. Set in a world of science fiction but very easy to relate to and connect with. In the last film, we created the character. Now it only made sense to move ahead with him. The challenge was to make it even bigger and better, yet with the strong emotional core which defines the cinema that I create. The story:

Krrish 3 First Trailer Out: Hrithik Roshan Back In Superhero Style!

After a lot of anticipation since the Krrish 3 teaser was first released, we bring you the Hrithik’s look in the film

With names like Hrithik Roshan, Priyanka Chopra, Kangna Ranaut and Vivek Oberoi in the cast, our expectations from Krrish 3 are peaking. Though we were a little disappointed to see just Hrithik on the first official poster of his look, we really liked the way our superhero stands tall among towering structures. The whole ambience reminded us of Christopher Nolan’s Batman film The Dark Knight Rises.

Though Krrish, the earlier version of Hrithik’s film, was targeted at kids, it doesn’t seem to be the case with Krrish 3. At least that’s what the posters suggest. Produced under Rakesh Roshan’s Filmkraft Productions (India) Pvt Ltd, the film boasts of international talent with action by Tony Ching Siu Tung (Hong Kong) along with Sham Kaushal and sound design by Baylon Fonseca. Rajesh Roshan has composed the music with the background score by Salim-Sulaiman.

The Hrithik-starrer will release this Diwali on November 4. It’s the first time that a Bollywood film is coming out on a Monday. Will you watch it?

Hrithik Roshan Seeking To Get Back In Action - I'm Fantastic; Says Hrithik!

Post his brain surgery last week, Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan is back home and hopes to return to work as soon as possible.

The 39-year-old 'Krrish' star underwent the surgery to remove a two-month-old clot caused due to an injury he sustained while shooting for 'Bang Bang'.

Hrithik has been advised four-weeks of rest and after that the actor promises to be back in action.

"I can't afford to take a sick leave. This throws a lot of lives, lives of people very dear to me, completely out of whack. But I cannot worry, that solves nothing. I have to focus on what can be," Hrithik said in a statement.

"All I have to do is take a decision... I decide that I have the power to turn a curse into a boon, as I have done in the past. I will make up for this in the most wonderful way imaginable for all the people concerned," he said.

Hrithik's much awaited super-hero film 'Krrish 3' directed by his father Rakesh Roshan, will release on November 4. The shooting schedule of his upcoming film 'Bang Bang' has been postponed till he recuperates.

"I will of course be most careful. That I promise," Hrithik said.

Hrithik Roshan, Bollywood’s resident Greek God is in recovery mode. The dishy hunk had to do a high-octane stunt sequence for Bang Bang - which co-stars Katrina Kaif and is a remake of Knight and Day – and unfortunately he didn’t get it quite right. Roshan jumped into the water from a height and landed wrong, which caused a serious injury to his head. He didn’t pay much heed to it for a long time, thinking it was just a bump on the noggin.

But then it started bothering him; he got severe headaches and had a persistent pain in the back which just would not go away. When papa Rakesh Roshan insisted that before the next shoot schedule beta got a proper checkup, doctors found that the actor had a subdural hematoma. Hrithik has been operated on, successfully his family assures us, but it will be about 45 days before he is back to work.

But will Hrithik be able to get back into the grind of doing action again? While papa Rakesh obviously wants his son to be extra cautious while doing gravity defying stunts, at the end of the day he can only trust beta Hrithik to take the decision that is best for him, especially where action films are concerned. We hear that in Roshan’s first films too – Kaho Na… Pyaar Hai! – the newbie star hurt himself doing an important scene. We want the actor to get back to his dynamic self as soon as possible, but the question that’s gnawing at our collective psyche is, how will he manage to finish the huge pile work accumulating on his plate. The third schedule of Bang Bang is yet to be completed and then, of course, there will be the arduous task of the film’s promotional brouhaha, as well as all the PR for Krrish 3. 

With actors going out of their way to promote their films these days, the Roshan stud can’t afford to lag behind in the spreading the word game. We wish Hrithik all the strength and energy he needs to cope with the tiring work which lies ahead of him…

"Krrish 3' Will Hit Screens on November 4th - Great NEWS For Fans!

Great News. Krrish 3 is set to release on November 4, a day after Diwali this year, says filmmaker Rakesh Roshan. 

"Krrish 3 will finally release on November 4, that is Monday," said producer-director Rakesh Roshan confirming the final release date of the film for the first time. 

Rakesh Roshan also confirmed for the first time that the first official trailer of the film would be attached to Rohit Shetty's Chennai Express.

"Yes our trailers will be out on August 8," he added. 

Rakesh and Hrithik Roshan had been in talks to decide the crucial Diwali release date for Krrish 3.

While earlier the film was to be released on Sunday, November 3, which is Diwali, the Roshans were under pressure to postpone the release by a day. 

"The Diwali day, that is November 3, had been locked in for the release. But then distributors and exhibitors felt people like to stay home on Diwali night for Laxmi Puja. It was felt November 4, that is the day after Diwali, would be far more favourable as a release date for Krrish 3," said a source close to the Roshans.

While Koi Mil Gaya didn’t really have a logo, Krrish showed Hrithik’s face alongside the title. This time around it’s a slick Krrish 3 title, with ominous drum music in the background. Krrish 3 is slated to release on November 3, 2013, and Hrithik and daddy Rakesh have planned a long and elaborate promotional campaign leading up to the release. 'Chennai Express' Will Release With 'Krrish 3' Trailer - Read!

Shahrukh Khan and Deepika Padukone’s Chennai Express is set to pull in crowds this Eid, and hoping to cash in on the craze is Hrithik Roshan.

Rakesh Roshan, director-producer of the upcoming superhero film Krrish 3, starring Hrithik Roshan and Priyanka Chopra, plans to release the theatrical trailer of the film along with Chennai Express on August 8.

“Launching the trailer with a big film guarantees many eyeballs. I am going to talk to Shah Rukh or UTV about the same,” Rakesh Roshan said in a statement.

Krrish 3 is set to release on Diwali. The film has Hrithik reprising the role of the titular superhero. Priyanka Chopra plays his love interest. The main villain is played by Vivek Oberoi while Kangna Ranaut will be seen in a pivotal role.

The film takes forward the story of the previous two films Koi Mil Gaya and Krrish.

Interestingly, Rakesh Roshan has decided to release Krrish 3 on November 3, which is a Sunday rather than Friday. Nov 3 is also Diwali, and Roshan senior says it’s an auspicious day for release.

Hrithik Roshan will reportedly start promoting the film from the first week of October and will devote himself to promotions for an entire month during which he’s likely to travel to Canada, Britain and the US as well.

Filmmaker Rakesh Roshan's most awaited flick, the third instalment of his superhero franchise, 'Krrish 3' is being readied in full force. For, the Hrithik Roshan starrer is aiming to hit the marquee this Diwali.

Having being in the making for quite some time, the lead hero is very much looking forward to introduce the ambitious project to the audiences. Taking to micro-blogging site, the actor requested his Krrish fans to give the latest version a warm welcome and same love as before.

Tweeted Hrithik: "It's been a long journey. Challenge after challenge. N he's only just begun. Hope u give him d same love. Get set..go..@krrish3"

While the film's antagonist Vivek Oberoi on an excited tone wrote: "It just got real lol the countdown to Krrish 3 BEGINS! Follow the official handle guys @krrish3 for all the latest on our movie!

Besides Vivek, the film has Kangana Ranaut playing the negative character."

'Krrish 3' has Hrithik playing a triple role - playing Rohit the father, then Krishna and of course, the superman Krrish.

Good News For Hrithik Roshan Fans - 3 Movies In 2013-14

1.) Bang Bang: Hrithik is currently shooting for ‘Bang Bang’, a remake of Tom Cruise’s Knight and Day, opposite Katrina Kaif. The movie is directed by Sidhdharth Anand who has made 'Salaam Namaste', 'Tara Rum Pum', 'Bachna Ae Haseeno' and 'Anjaana Anjaani'. Film is expected to release on May 1, 2014.

2.) Krrish 3: Directed by Rakesh Roshan, Krrish 3 is arguably the biggest movie of 2013. It is the 3rd film of the Krrish franchise after Koi Mil Gaya and Krrish. Hrithik and Priyanka will be seen reprising their roles from Krrish while Vivek Oberoi will be seen in a full fledged negative role for the first time. Movie will release on Diwali this year i.e. Novemer 1, 2013. As per reports, Hrithik will be seen in a triple role in the movie.

3.) Shuddhi: Undoubtedly the biggest upcoming Dharma Production film, ‘Shuddhi’ is directed by Karan Malhotra of ‘Agneepath’ fame. The movie will be shot in Hardiwar and if rumours are to be believed, the film is based on a reincarnation tale. There are also strong reports that the we might finally get to see Hrithik Roshan and Kareena Kapoor sharing screen-space once again after 10 years. Their last movie together was 'Main Prem Ki Deewani Hoon' in 2003. Movie will release on Diwali, 2014.

Apart from these there are news floating that Hrithik has signed director Tigmanshu Dhulia's next movie, which is going to be an adaptation of Shakespeare 'Hamlet'. There are also rumors that Hrithik is slated to play the main lead in Shekhar Kapoor's most ambitious venture 'Paani', to be produced by Yash Raj Films.
