Superstar Ranbir Kapoor Snatches Video Camera of A Media Person

"There is a phrase in English called mind your own business." Wise words by an irked Ranbir Kapoor when a member of the media had asked him about what Katrina Kaif had gifted him on his 31st birthday. This was a while ago since Ranbir's birthday was on September 28. Ranbir was a lot more civil then since he was promoting his film Besharam at the time. 

That was then. Yesterday night, between 2.30 am to 2.50 am, an irritated and perhaps slightly tipsy Ranbir Kapoor forcibly took away the camera of a TV channel who was trying to follow him around and put it in his car. He refused to return the camera and angrily told the cameraman and the reporter to ask his bosses to call him and take back the camera then.

 All this happened just a few meters way from Ranbir's home Krishna Bungalow at Pali Hill. According to an eyewitness Ranbir used foul language to express his anger at being followed around by the paparazzi so late in the night.

 A few hours ago Ranbir was at Olive restaurant in Khar, famously frequented by Bollywood celebs and other high profile individuals. His director friend Ayan Mukerji and film producer Manmohan Shetty's younger daughter Aarti Shetty was also accompanying him.

 Since Ranbir had already got wind of the waiting photographers at rear gate of the restaurant, he hoodwinked all of them and got into a rickshaw from the main gate and drove to his residence Pali Hill. According to an onlooker, after leaving the rickshaw Ranbir got inside his bungalow but continued to stand on the road outside his bungalow. Ayan drove down Ranbir's Mercedes to his bungalow, which is when Ranbir got into his car. The actor then challenged the trailing photographers, "Aa jao, ab peecha karo!" and then sped of.

According to a last eyewitness, he did not return home till 4 am. There was another lady in the car with them. That it was not Katrina is sure.

The question arises: what was Ranbir trying to hide. Was it the fact that he was sporting a light goatee? Is that the new look for his forthcoming film? He also used his cap to cover as much possible of his head and hair. Is there a new hairstyle underneath he is trying to conceal?

Director of The "Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani" confessed that he has always been smitten by Kajol’s performances. And now that he is a famous filmmaker, he is obviously been bombarded with questions regarding his plans to work with his well-established Bollywood cousins Kajol and Rani Mukerji. But looks like Ayan harbours a dream to work with the elder sis first. He has already started writing a script keeping Kajol in mind. In fact, the actor recalled his reaction after watching Kuch Kuch Hota Hai for the very first time – he was awestruck and singing her unqualified praise. But Kajol remained unperturbed. She was totally unaffected by all that raving.

But we still wonder what kind of a script is Mr Mukerji penning for Kads? Will he bring to the fore his sister’s mature and sorted side – the way she was in My Name Is Khan – or will he want to give her a chirpy and effervescent character on celluloid? We wait and watch!
