Jai Ho Movie Review : Watch it Only For Salman Khan!

A braveheart commoner stands up against injustice and spreads a life-changing mantra of the circle of goodness, giving and generosity.

Rating: 3.5 out Of 5

Review: There is nothing ordinary about this aam aadmi. He rips, roars and ravages the raavans with a single blow - like a Stallone on steroids.

Jai (Salman) is an ex-Army officer, who runs a garage part-time and plays incredibly good (looking) Samaritan fulltime, beating up baddies to bloody pulp with anything from hockey sticks, chains, scaffolding and even a mighty pen. During one 'good-deed' demo, he's hit by a brainwave - a thought that can change the world! His funda seems profound but is simple. Goodness is redeemable.

If someone shows you a random act of kindness, you pay it forward to three people. And they'll pass on the 'act of kindness' to three more each. A multiplier effect on millions - snowballing into a mass junta movement of goodness.

The film has the heart and the haath (read: fist) in the right place. But there's more than just 'do-gooder' drama in this potboiler with purpose.

Jai gets embroiled with a nefarious neta, Dashrath Singh (Danny) and his heavy-weight hooligans, who're a 'pain in the rear' of the aam aadmi. It sparks a raging war between the udaas aam aadmi and khaas politicians.

'Jai Ho'- A remake of Telugu film 'Stalin' (inspired by Hollywood film 'Pay It Forward') resonates with the current mood of the country. Sparking an optimistic hope of a Utopian world. Sohail presents our 'Hero of the Masses' fabulously - with all Salmanisms perfectly in place.

The premise pompously alerts us of cliches and trappings of a commercial masala fare. The screenplay is not as inspiring as the noble message, the story cuts into too many episodes and the underlying idea is repetitive.

Tabu and Danny leave a decent impact. Debutante Daisy grooves well and shows impressive confidence. The bone-crunching, blood-splitting scenes are a delight for action addicts. The story is laced with light-hearted humour and massy music.

Like most Salman Khan films, this one too rests solely on his undeniable superstardom.

There is one explosive moment of revelation in the film - when Salman tears off his shirt to show off his greased, stabbed, scarred and sensational sinews. Nothing else matters for 'bhai' fanatics. It's 'the' paise wasool moment. Rest assured, they will 'pay up' and 'take it forward'.

Salman Khan, Daisy Shah Rolled With Laughter On Comedy Nights With Kapil.

Superstar Salman Khan along with his Jai Ho team were recently seen on the sets of popular show Comedy Nights With Kapil. Salman Khan, his leading lady Daisy Shah and brother cum director Sohali Khan were there to promote their film Jai Ho.

With only fifteen days to go, the Dabangg star is doing all that takes to promote his film. First it was Bigg Boss 7, the show he hosted, then Nach Baliye 6 and now Comedy Nights With Kapil.

Kapil was very excited to have both the brothers on his show and wrote on twitter, “Shooting with Salman Bhai and Sohail Bhai.”
With our super hero visiting the sets, there was bound to be lot of fun. While he danced to some of his chartbuster numbers like Munni Badnaam and Hud Hud Dabangg, the highlight of this episode will definitely be the diaper dance!
Salman entered the sets of the show looking very calm, composed and dignified. But very soon, he was reduced to tears and was seen falling off his couch thanks to the antics of the loveable Dadi and the innocent Palak.
Not to be left out, Salman Khan's onscreen love interest Daisy also showed Dadi a few steps.
Wonder what Salman Khan is offering Daadi! The actor will be playing the role of Major Jai Agnihotri in the high-flying action drama

Awww moment! Salman snapped giving Daadi an affectionate squeeze.
Sohail and Kapil share a very special bond as Sohail was one of the judges for Comedy Circus, the show that gave Kapil the much needed recognition before he branched out on his own.
Jai Ho is a story of an upright common man who fights a solitary war against corruption and injustice. Jai Ho is a remake of Telugu film Stalin, and also stars Tabu, Sana Khan, Daisy Shah and Danny Denzongpa, among others.
It’s been almost a year since Salman’s fans have been waiting to watch his film. His last release was Dabbang 2 on December 21, 2012.
Year 2014 will see two releases – Jai Ho and Kick. Jai Ho, directed by Sohail Khan, produced by Eros International and Sohail Khan Productions, is slated to release on January 24, 2014.

"Jai Ho" First Song Baaki Sab First Class: Salman Khan's Repeating Acts

"Jai Ho" First Song Baaki Sab First Class: Salman Khan's Repeating Acts
The first song from Salman’s much awaited film is out and wethinks the makers have stuck to the tried tested formula. The song will instantly remind you of Khan’s recent hits like Dabangg, Ready and Wanted

Sung by Sajid-Wajid, Baaki sab first class is a satire on the sorry state of our nation. The lyrics are quirky but the music is nothing that we haven’t heard. In the video, you get to see Salman Khan groove in his Dabangg style which is quite entertaining as always.

However, Sallu miyaan is flaunting red glares while dancing which is so-not-cool. It seems as if bhai is in a 3D mode. Watch the video and you’ll agree with us. Though music composer duo Sajid-Wajid haven’t offered anything new as far as music is concerned, Baaki sab first class may appeal to the gen next as it talks about corruption, women not being safe and all the social evils that exist in today’s time. At a time when Aam Aadmi Party is trying to bring a change in Indian politics, wethinks this fast paced satirical number will find a place in the playlist of many youngsters. However, we did expect something original after all the hype around Jai Ho but the makers have disappointed us.

All in all, Apna kaam banta, bhaad mein jaye janta is a fun song to hear. And of course, Salman’s got a new trademark step but wethinks the Dabangg one was much better. While we didn’t find the first song of Jai Ho highly impressive, you hear the song, watch the video and share your opinion.

Salman Khan's Upcoming Movie "Jai Ho"s On Raod Bike Stunts Leaked Photos

Salman Khan created chaos on the busy roads of Versova in Mumbai when he zipped around on a highend Suzuki sports bike on Tuesday afternoon. Salman was shooting an action sequence for his upcoming home production, the tentatively-titled Jai Ho.

He looked dapper in a navy-blue coat, sky blue shirt and trousers, and traffic came to a halt as fellow travellers slowed down to catch a glimpse of the actor even as the shooting continued.

Salman was accompanied by the film crew who followed him on different bikes. A camera attached to a truck moving in front of him captured his moves. The film was earlier titled Mental. It has newcomers Sana Khan and Daisy Shah as Salman's glamour props and also features Tabu. The film is a remake of Chiranjeevi's Telugu hit, Stalin. Unconfirmed buzz suggests it could release in January 2014.
