Shahrukh Khan, who is a self confessed Rajinikanth fan, is paying a musical tribute to the Thalaivar with a special Lungi dance song in his forthcoming Chennai Express.
Shahrukh Khan is joined by his leading lady Deepika Padukone and together they are in full on masti mood in this party number sung by Honey Singh.
The lyrics invite all the die-hard Rajinikanth fans to hit the dance floor and sing along Moochon ko zara round ghuma ke Anna ke jaisa chashma lagake coconut mein lassi milake aajao sare mood bana ke.
SRK also tweeted about the release of the song.
The Thalaivar(r) Tribute to Rajani Sir is out. Lungi Dance. Seemed apt if u make a film called Chennai Exp..u need to bow to the greatest.
The song from the Rohit Shetty directed movie is a tribute to the Tamil superstar, who is known for his unique style.
SRK and Deepika are dancing to the beats of dhol copying Rajini anna, as he is fondly called, in the peppy number.
Shah Rukh Khan had said earlier that 'Thalaivar Tribute (Lungi Dance)' was an "apt tribute for Rajini sir."
Rajinikanth had also made a special appearance in SRK's RA.One.
So, as the lyrics go ... 'Come on all the Rajini fans don't miss the chance' and get on the dance floor with this catchy party number.
