"Satyamev Jayate 2" Set To Go On Air From March 2

The second season of Aamir Khan's much-awaited television show "Sataymev Jayate" will premiere March 2.

Aamir made his TV debut with "Sataymev Jayate" in 2012 and the show dealing with sensitive social issues like female foeticide, domestic violence and child abuse received a warm welcome from the TV viewers after it went on air on Star Plus in May. Some of the episodes recorded the highest ratings. 

Now the 48-year-old, whose latest movie "Dhoom: 3" created fireworks at the box office, is coming back with the second season of the talk show, which will be beamed on the same channel. 

Promos hit the video sharing website YouTube on Saturday and so far it has got over 34,000 hits.

When IANS contacted the star's representative, it confirmed the news saying: "It's true".

However, the format will be different this time.

According to reports, the makers have decided to break the second season into three parts with each segment airing four shows on Sundays.

Rochelle Humes, one fifth of The Saturdays who is married to singer Marvin Humes, also turned heads in a gorgeous deep purple lace gown that perfectly showed off her enviable post-baby body.

 But not all dresses turned heads for the right reasons; Kelly Brook has hit the headlines today for sporting a rather see-through gown that shows off her nipples and breasts.

Hollyoaks babe Jennifer Metcalfe also flashed the flesh in a gothic, sheer gown.

Lawyer Fined For Revealing JK Rowling As the Secret Author of 'The Cuckoo's Calling'

 The lawyer who outed JK Rowling as the author of 'The Cuckoo's Calling' had already been sued by the 'Harry Potter' author, but now he has been fined by a much bigger authority.

JK Rowling wasn't kidding around when she vented her frustration over being outed as the writer of The Cuckoo's Calling last year. The book was written under a pseudonym, and it turns out it was a lawyer who revealed the Harry Potter author as the true writer.

According to the BBC, lawyer Chris Gossage was the leak in the case. He reportedly told his wife's best friend about Rowling's connection, and has since been fined by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

Gossage faced much bigger problems though. Rowling also took legal action against Gossage and a friend for revealing the information via Twitter to a journalist, but later accepted an apology and charity donation.

The £1,000 fine (or a little more than $1,600) from the SRA was for breaching privacy rules, "by disclosing confidential information about a client to a third party."

The SRA continued, by saying that Gossage should "act in the best interests of each client" and "behave in a way that maintains the trust the public places in you and in the provision of legal services".

Rowling was upset that that the company had breached her privacy in such a way.
"I feel very angry that my trust turned out to be misplaced," she said back in July. "To say that I am disappointed is an understatement."

The Cuckoo's Calling, by Rowling's pen name Robert Galbraith, has climbed in popularity since the true author was revealed.


"To those who have asked for a sequel, Robert fully intends to keep writing the series," Rowling said, "although he will probably continue to turn down personal appearances."

Abbey Clancy Dresses Up as Miley Cyrus in That infamous Outfit For Alan Carr's TV Special

 It's little surprise that Miley Cyrus' notorious MTV VMAs outfit has been immortalised in a comedy sketch thanks to Alan Carr's forthcoming New Year's special on Channel 4. Strictly Come Dancing winner Abbey Clancy wears a full-length 'Miley-suit' as part of Tuesday's episode, which recaps cultural highlights from the past year.

The episode's stunt is part of a game called The Great British Twerk Off, which sees Alan dress as Robin Thicke in the Blurred Lines video.

Alongside Abbey, his guests - including Keith Lemon and Ben Cohen - are then split into rival teams of two people, each dressing as either Robin or Miley. 

Each 'Robin' is stood behind an oversized cut-out of Robin Thicke’s crotch, which features a photo of a celebrity whose face is masked by ice cream. Each 'Miley' must remove the ice cream by twerking it off. The first team to correctly guess the celeb’s face wins. 

 Appropriately, they were joined by the UK’s first-ever twerking solo champion, Mizz Versatile, who comes on to the stage to give a twerking demonstration - not that Abbey needs any practice, of course.

The comedy quiz comes just days after she was crowned the winner of this year's Strictly Come Dancing, beating Natalie Gumede, Susanna Reid and Sophie Ellis-Bextor.

More than six million people watched her win the Glitterball trophy after weeks of arduous training and liver performances.

But Miley's notorious VMA dance was less successful - instead sparking global castigation.

 Not only did she wear a skin-tight, nude bra set, but she also danced provocatively against Robin Thicke and used a foam finger as a phallic object.

The incident, which was watched by a global audience of more than 100 million, has since become a cultural reference point of 2013.

More recently, in an interview with the Today Show, Miley revealed that she'll continue her 'sexual' performances to at least 40 years of age.

Mumbai: Actress-dancer Lauren Gottlieb recently celebrated Christmas with the children of Smile Foundation, a national level development organisation, and she said it was the 'best way' to celebrate the festival.

Apart from cutting a Christmas cake with the children, the actress from Scottsdale, Arizona, US, also gave away gifts to them here Tuesday evening.

"It is my first Christmas away from my family. I am missing my home and people very much so this is best way to celebrate Christmas amongst these children. With their innocence, warmth and smile I am feeling a part of their family," Lauren said in a statement.

She came into prominence after winning American dance reality show 'So You Think You Can Dance' and later made her bow in Bollywood with Remo D'Souza's 3D dance movie 'ABCD - Any Body Can Dance'. She was also one of the finalists in Colors' dance reality show 'Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa'.

According to our sources, a day prior to the grand finale, Bigg Boss would offer one contestant a choice to make a sum of five lakh and quit the show. So one can look at the possibility of one more housemate leaving the show, but then that would happen only if he or she decides to take up the offer.

All said and done VJ Andy was a man with a heart and seeing him go in today’s episode (December 25, 2013) would be a huge setback.

Anil Kapoor To Start 24 Season 2 Preparation From January 2014

Anil Kapoor is on cloud nine as he has had an eventful 2013. The year began with a super hit Race 2 that entered the 100 crore club, followed by Shootout at Wadala to his Hollywood debut with Mission: Impossible-Ghost Protocol and last but not the least the American version of 24 on Colors.

“This year I learnt some more self discipline. I learnt to eat well, exercise properly and think only positively. I also learnt to be patient. That has helped me in finding my bearings even better in life. Work-wise, besides 24, Race 2 and Shootout at Wadala were successful. Race 2, I feel could have been a much bigger hit. I hope the team works more hard on Race 3. Also I would like to thank the film industry and to my fans for having me around for thirty years. Time has just flown by. Today, I feel I am just starting out,” said an ecstatic Anil Kapoor

The coming year 2014 also looked jam-packed. 2014 would be taken up with Anees Bazmee’s Welcome Back and No Entry Mein Entry followed by Zoya Akhtar’s film. Also, he is also looking at making frequent trips to Los Angeles to pursue his career.

The Indian remake of the American TV show consists of a day in the life of the special agent as he strives to solve a criminal conspiracy, with each episode chronicling an hour of drama filmed in real time.

“Yes, we will bring 24 to Dubai very soon. Dubai is very cinema friendly. There is a lot of security, great locations, cars and roads, that is why so many people come to film here,” stated Anil Kapoor who is very optimistic to bring back the series soon.

The original US version of 24 starred Kiefer Sutherland as Counter Terrorist Unit (CTU) agent Jack Bauer. Anil Kapoor acquired the rights from US Fox network to remake the Indian version in 2011 and it made its debut on Colors on October 04, 2013.

“You never know with life. No matter how much you plan, something unexpected comes up,” said Anil Kapoor who is looking forward for a brighter 2014.

The reality star filed court papers in Los Angeles and cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split. 

Court documents were filed by high profile American attorney Laura Wasser - who represented Khloe's sister Kim during her divorce from Kris Humphries - at Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday with Khloe citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split.

Khloe has asked a judge to take Odom out of her name so she can go from being known as Khloe Kardashian Odom to just Khloe Kardashian once again.

The television personality is not asking for spousal support and splitting any assets should be clean as they have a prenup and have kept their property separate.

Keeping Up With the Kardashians star Khloe married NBA basketball player Lamar in 2009 exactly one month after they met at a party for Lamar's then Los Angeles Lakers teammate Metta World Peace.

News of the divorce comes after months of speculation surrounding the couple with Lamar's alleged drug abuse putting a strain on the marriage.

In August this year the sportsman was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and had a spell in rehab soon after.

In September, reports claiming the couple had been living apart surfaced after the pair had not been seen together in weeks.

However, in October, Khloe and Lamar were seen with the rest of the Kardashian/Jenner family in the VIP section at a Kanye West concert in Los Angeles.

But the pair did not spend the Thanksgiving holiday together with Lamar choosing to visit his father Joe.

And Khloe, who was pictured without her wedding ring at The Hollywood Reporter's 22nd annual Women In Entertainment Breakfast Honoring Oprah Winfrey on Wednesday, was said to have been left distraught when a video of Lamar emerged in November featuring a rap in which he claims he cheated on his television star wife while she was out of town.

The video is said to have been the final straw for Khloe despite she and Lamar reportedly attempting to repair their relationship by attending couple's therapy.

Khloe has posted a number of cryptic messages online in recent months which appeared to relate to her turbulent personal life.

Just the day before she filed the divorce papers, Khloe posted an image on photo sharing website Instagram which contained such a message.

It read: "I am strong because I've been weak. I am fearless because I've been afraid. I am wise because I've been foolish."

A representative for Khloe politely declined to comment on Friday night.
