‘Bachelorette Recap’: Desiree Goes On The Worst Date!

Another week on ‘The Bachelorette,’ another week of Desiree exercising her tongue. On the June 24 episode, Des and her hunks go to Germany and one contestant suddenly leaves, things get heated on a snow slop, and Des goes on the worst date of her life. Yikes!

It’s just another Munich Monday on the June 24 episode of The Bachelorette, where we saw Desiree Hartsock get ditched by one dude, and then she went on the WORST date of her life. To make matters worse, then she had to make a very difficult decision to send two guys home.

Bryden Leaves
In the first five minutes, Bryden leaves because he is not having any fun. Like any. He interrupts Des’ date to tell her he needs to leave, like, yesterday. Des seems pretty peeved, but it’s all good cos she has Chris‘ hunky arms to console her.

Want to know why Bryden left? Come back to CelebsLife.in tomorrow to read my EXCLUSIVE interview with him.

Chris Gets A One-On-One Date
Des and Chris get romantic on their one on one date, and I really want him to win! Chris stresses about not getting a chance to brush his teeth during his date, and that is not romantic at all. Chris talks about starting a family, and Desiree is head over heels for him. Chris reads some poetry and Des is literally swooning, and I do mean literally. They make out — this is Des after all — over dinner, and Des forgets all about Bryden.

Can we just call this all off and call Chris the winner?

Some up and coming artist appears to sing, and this is more romantic than The Notebook. I think Des may have found her husband!

And Chris gets a rose!

Sledding Gets Violent On Group Date
Des takes eight of her guys to the highest peak in Germany for sledding and more

“It’s nearly like we are inside of a cloud,” says Des. No, your are inside a cloud. Drew notes that he is “so excited” to share this experience with Des. You and seven other guys buddy!

The guys learn to yodel with an old German man, and it is hysterical. I admire their sense of humor, and then it is sledding time. Drew nearly takes Des out at one point, but she is such an awesome  girl that she laughs it off.

Des and Brooks get romantic in an igloo, and yes, there is make out time. Once Des is done with Brooks, she makes out with James, and then she gets it on with Drew. Go get em girl; you wouldn’t buy a car without test driving it first.

Things get super homoerotic in the igloo, where James and Brooks appear to be cuddling. Well, it is snowing and it looks cold!

Brooks get the rose, and the other guys have serious bees in their bonnets about it.

The Worst Date Ever
Desiree wears a bikini and a wool hat to the worst date ever. She takes and Michael and Ben out on a lake in a weird hot tub time machine, and Michael picks away at Ben and calls him an absentee father, and it is the most AWKWARD date ever.

Michael attacks James for not going to mass on Easter Sunday, for not calling his son, for being dishonest. Man, he is a pig. Des should send them both home. She calls out Michael for attacking Ben, and I bet she is seriously wishing she was back in that igloo making out with Brooks.

Ben the snake plays his cards super well. He seems like a nice and caring father, while Michael comes across as a jealous loser.

However, Michael gets the rose, but I really think Des should have kept it for herself. Ben storms out and curses a lot, and the boys cheer so much when Michael arrives home instead of Ben.

The Guys Attack James
Kasey, Drew, Brooks and Chris are such a pile of girls. They sit around on a bed, basically braiding each other’s hair and they diss James because he implied that he wants to be the next Bachelor. What a tangled web he weaves! The guys insist they are looking out for Des, because they are all BFF’s ya’ll.

The guys play Billy Badasses and confront James, and he is not expecting it. Drew and Kasey decide to tell Desiree, because you know, they feel it is their business and they are not meddling at all. Right… Des forgoes the cocktail party and the boys look super nervous that they have no more time with Des.

The tense music plays and one by one those roses are handed out. Mikey is sent home, and the guys are pissed that James is staying. Poor Mikey; he never got to make out with Des.

The Bachelorette Recap: Desiree Hartsock's Men Compete In A Mr. America Pageant!

The shirts were off and the claws were out on the June 17 episode of ‘The Bachelorette,’ as Des made her men compete in a beauty pageant, and it was way more eventful than ‘Miss USA.’

If you didn’t think there was anything more degrading then going on The Bachelorette, then you were wrong! In this week’s episode Desiree Hartsock‘s men take their shirts off and get their sexy out to compete in a Mr. America pageant, and yes, it’s every bit as horrendous as you can imagine. Des and her men headed to Atlantic City where she had one immensely awkward date, but all was good when she got to judge the rest like prize meat.

Desiree’s Dud Date With Brad
Ugh, this was the worst. Desiree and Brad had a date on the shore at Atlantic City, and awkward doesn’t even describe how terrible this date was. That’s probably because Sean Lowe might be more Brad’s type than Desiree’s.

After a day of eating salt water taffy and jumping around on the beach, Des realized that she and Brad had zero chemistry over dinner. Des did not give him a rose, and Brad began weeping when he left. That’s probably because she made him walk to the top of the lighthouse to dump him. It’s safe to say Desiree made the right choice. The whole date was a disaster, but it was pretty amusing seeing the other guys watch them from the hotel window and angrily shake their fists. I may have made that last part up.

Mr America Pageant
For Des’ group date, she invited Brooks, Chris, Michael, Ben, Zack, Zak, Drew, Juan, Kasey, Bryden and Mikey to compete in a Mr America competition. IT. WAS. AMAZING.

This date began with Brooks calling Des a “mystical unicorn,” and that has to be the oddest compliment she has ever gotten. Michael said it was a “life long dream to be Mr America”, and I think Des should have sent him home for that comment alone. It was like an idiot circus as the guys attempt to find a talent for the competition.

And then comes out the swimsuits! The boys made a mad dash so they don’t end up in a banana hammock, and Ben pulled the smallest one!

The men start to oil up for the competition in front of a live audience, and three judges — the town Mayor, Miss America Mallory Hagan and Desiree.

The question round was boring, but the talent section was perfection!

Kasey tap danced, Mikey stripped, Brooks sang, Ben danced with ribbons, Drew read Shakespeare (swoon!), Bryden also stripped and Chris danced in high heels. Things got deep when Zak began singing, and I really thought he had it in the bag.

The swimsuit section was possibly more impressive than Magic Mike. And there was more oil.

At the end, Brooks came third, Zak came second and Kasey won. What?! Drew was robbed. Kasey may have gotten a bouquet but will he get a rose?

Sexy Hot Tub Time
Des and her men continue their group date at the hotel pool, and Chris admits to Des that he writes poetry. He seems super deep, until he reads out the WORST poetry I have ever heard, but Des fails hook, line and sinker for it. And the lucky dude got some make out time in the hot tub.

Once again the guys team up against Evil Ben — this season’s Tierra — and I have to say I think I am Team Ben. These guys are such winey losers — it’s not Ben’s fault that he is better at playing the game then they are. Brooks, Michael and Mikey really seem to hate him.

Zak sings the rest of his song for Des, and it’s safe to say he is the only one who has any actual talent. Des rightfully gives him the rose, but the rest of the guys are just happy that Ben didn’t get it.

They all jumped into the pool together, and Des once again reminds us that she is so much cooler than Emily Maynard.

James’ Private Date
James prepares for his private date by having a bubble bath, drinking red wine, and wearing a robe. Does he have his period?

I do not trust this guy.

James and Des go for a date on the Jersey Shore, and they sure don’t look like they are having half as much fun as Snooki and co. They take a helicopter ride along the shore to see the devastation from Hurricane Sandy, and this has got to be the most unromantic date of all time.

They meet a couple who lost everything they own. Man this is depressing. Des feels so bad for them that she offers them her and James’ date. I don’t think that will fix all their problems, but it’s a nice gesture. James may not have gotten a date but he did get a kiss and spaghetti. What more could a dude ask for?

On James date with Des, he admits that he cheated on his ex. Dump him now Des; leopards don’t change their spots. Des thinks that because he is honest he is a changed man, but I am not so sure. Then she makes out with him, they enjoy some slow dancing and James gets a rose.

Rose Ceremony Elimination
Des shows up looking hot in a mini for the cocktail party, and once the wine starts flowing things get intense.

I’m super surprised that Michael gets some make out time with Des, but then we know how much Des likes making out. Desiree reassures Chris that he is not in the friend zone by making out with him too, and Bryden then decided to air this grievances over his issues with Ben. Send him home Des.

Zack is sent home in the end, which is a shame because he seemed like a really nice guy. When he cries, I actually feel bad for him. Oh well, I’ll have forgotten his name by tomorrow.

Desiree Hartsock Finds Her Fiance On Season Premiere

Desiree Hartsock Finds Her Fiance On Season Premiere
‘The Bachelorette’ is back! Desiree has totally forgotten about Sean and she is ready to find love with one of the many eligible babes on the show. Hooray Desiree!
Desiree Hartsock is the coolest Bachelorette ever! Sean Lowe totally missed out, but all is good because Desiree is back and she has a bunch of hot guys competing to be her husband. On the May 27 premiere of The Bachelorette, Desiree began her journey to find love, and she met some seriously eligible bachelors, including her future fiance!

Desiree Hartsock Reflects On The Past
The episode began with Desiree reflecting on her past and how she missed out on a chance at love with Sean. Cue the sad music and pensive stares. Thankfully Desiree is totally over Sean and she is ready to have 25 hot guys vying for her attention! Desiree and Chris Harrison sit down and chat about what her ideal man would be like, and Desiree just wants someone she can “wholeheartedly give my whole heart too.”

That’s not too much to ask!

After rollerblading while wearing a stripper hat and chasing some seagulls, Des was ready to meet her men.

Desiree Hartsock Meets Her Contestants
Des meets her 25 eligible dudes, and they are some serious characters. There’s Michael who nearly falls into the fountain; Zak arrives shirtless and gets compared to a stripper, and also Kasey who only talks in hashtags. #shutup.

Des meets Ben, who brings his son Brody. What a move! Des is weak at the knees, but I think Ben may turn out to be this season’s Tierra LiCausi.

She meets hunky Brooks, Juan, Chris and the annoying magician Nick. Shirtless Zak jumps in the pool, and he and Ben get first impression roses.

I really thought the girls were bitchy on The Bachelor, but the boys are so much worse! Sexy doctor Larry has a bee in his bonnet because he is not getting alone time with Des, while Jonathon tries to force into the fantasy suite, resulting in him getting sent home early. Good call Des!

“At this point, my biggest competition is… the remaining guys who don’t have a rose,” Mikey T says deeply.

Elimination At The Rose Ceremony
Des sends home Diogo, Nick, Dr Larry, Micah and Mike R.

Oh well!

Between the boys bitchiness and Des’ one liners, I think this is going to be an awesome season.

And we know that Desiree finds a fiance!
