The vehicle is said to have been searched at the border between the US and Canada after it was suspected drugs were on board
Justin Bieber's tour bus was reportedly stopped by police on Sunday night after it was suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia was on board.
The vehicle is said to have been held at the border between the American state of Michigan and Canada with Chief Customs and Border Protection Officer Ken Hammond telling TMZ a sniffer dog sensed there was marijuana on board.
The Baby singer was not on the bus which was held at the Ambassador Bridge which separates Windsor in Canada and the US city of Detroit.
The drugs which were reportedly found on board were confiscated and the driver of the bus is said to have been issued a citation.
The driver and passengers were then apparently released following the confiscation of the items found on board.
It was reported another bus connected with the star's tour was stopped in Sweden in April after an unusual smell was thought to be coming from the bus.
A press officer for Stockholm police told local newspaper Aftonbladet at the time: "A colleague felt a strong smell of marijuana, like someone had been smoking in the bus."
Justin went ahead with his show in the city at the time before moving on to his next scheduled performance in Helsinki.
