Akshay, Sonakshi And Govinda Start Shooting For Thuppakki Remake, Pistol

The stars begin the first schedule of the Hindi remake of AR Murugadoss’ Tamil blockbuster

We always knew Akshay Kumar was a total workaholic. But this time it seems Akki has taken everyone by surprise. No sooner did he start promoting his upcoming film, Once Upon A Time in Mumbaai Again, he’s launched into the schedule of his next film titled Pistol.

The movie is a remake of the Ghajini director AR Murugadoss’ Tamil blockbuster Thuppakki. The Khiladi was shooting along with Sonakshi Sinha and Govinda, and the trio was spotted in and out of the Mumbai crowds, including the Mumbai Central station where the crowds gave them a tough time last week.

The remake, which will be an out and out action extravaganza, has a mix of Indian and foreign technicians, including the action director of the Hollywood film, Skyfall. Well, it seems producer Vipul Shah has left no stones unturned! We’re quite excited!
