'Namaste Everyone!' Amy Willerton Alongside Sister Erin De-Stresses in Beach Yoga Session In Bikini

After split from Joey Essex to gain some perspective on life and channel her inner qi, Amy Willerton was spotted on a beach in Tenerife carrying out a yoga session with her sister Erin. 

The 21-year-old former Miss Universe Great Britain wore a sexy highlighter yellow bikini while pulling off the intricate moves.

 Amy decided to wear her long, blonde locks loose, accessorising with just a couple of bangles on her left wrist and a pair of sunglasses.

Wanting to still look glam, she wore a coat of black mascara, highlighter, cheek blush and pink lipstick to enhance her beach look. 

Following the class, which took place last week, she told her Twitter followers: 'Yoga class this morning was AMAZING @KX_Life - namaste everyone! Have a lovely day!'

 The star did not look like a novice when she was completing the moves, which included the Downward Dog, Cobra, the Mountain Pose and Tree Pose.

 Amy could not help but flaunt her flawless figure, which was bronzed to perfection from the Spanish sunshine. 

Her choice of yellow bikini, complete with halterneck top and strappy knickers, did much to enhance her glorious tan.

 The model even took part in her own special photo session, and enrolled the help of Erin to be her designated photographer. 

She held up her arms behind her head in classic model poses, whilst standing on tip-toes as she flicked her hair from side-to-side. 

Erin seemed happy to take the photos and looked like she was concentrating on getting the right angle for her mobile phone pictures.

Amy's Cobra to Downward Dog sequence was particularly impressive as she lay stretched out on the sand with her arms straight, arching her torso backwards.

She she bend her legs inwards as she prepared to showcase the Downward Dog position with her bottom up in the air with her legs and arms straight.

The I'm A Celebrity... contestant looked like a pro in her positions as she loosely plaited her hair to keep it out of the way.

Speaking about her relationship with Joey, Amy has said that she felt as though there was too much pressure on her relationship with Joey Essex.

The 21-year-old told The Sun: 'I still fancy him, but I don’t want to be the next Katie Price and Peter Andre. Joey changed when we left the jungle, he was more of a man than boy.'

'We spent the rest of the time in Australia engulfed in each other. It was so lovely to have these feelings', she revealed, after the pair shared their first kiss and 'night together' after the ITV show's wrap party.

Meanwhile it was reported on Friday, that Joey had been rushed to hospital after being bitten by a monkey in South Africa.

The TOWIE star had gone to Randburg flea market in Johannesburg ahead of travelling to the Ugandan jungle in search of wild monkeys, and that's where the attack took place.
Poor Joey was left worried that he had caught rabies so he wanted to get himself checked out. His spokesperson told MailOnline: 'He is fine, but he has a big red mark on his arm.'

Fans of I’m A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! will see the pair flirting and canoodling on tonight’s show when reality TV star Joey, 23, could not believe his luck as he had a massage from the former Miss Universe.

“Have you done this before?” love-struck Joey, 23, asked the gym-honed blonde, as she rubbed his shoulders. “You’re quite good!”

But it all proved a bit too much for camp mates Steve Davis and Olympic swimmer Rebecca Adlington, who told them, “I can’t take the sexual tension anymore!”

“It’s so awkward for me and Steve just sat here watching you two.”

The pair have hit it off since landing in the jungle. Amy, 21, showed Joey how to tell the time after he astounded the rest of the contestants by revealing he did not know.
