The latest sighting of the 34-year-old model-turned-TV-presenter-turned-actress is not all it seems. Kelly's actually on the set of her latest film Taking Stock, in which she plays the lead female role. And if yesterday's appearance is anything to go by, Kelly has on-camera style and beauty all sewn up.
Filming a scene in central London, Kelly looked gorgeous as she strutted her stuff for the cameras in a pretty floral dress and tan wedge heels. Her hair and make-up look was natural but glossy - just as Hollywood would want it.

The 33-year-old model was seen struggling to keep her composure as she encountered the droppings as she walked in London on Tuesday.

But luckily for Kelly the offending dog poo was in fact fake and being used as she filmed funny scenes in her brand new film Taking Stock.
Wearing a pretty floral-print dress Kelly tottered around in skyscraper platform heels as she pretended to suffer the embarassing predicament.
And she was seen smiling as she adjusted her heels while a runner on the production touched-up the fake faeces for another take.
Yesterday Kelly was seen showing off her sporting ability as she sprinted around on set of the independant comedy project.
