Taylor Lautner Looking To Get Into ‘Fast & Furious 7′
After Fast & Furious 6‘s record-breaking Memorial Day Weekend, it’s no surprise that all of Hollywood would be abuzz about what the next installment of the franchise will bring. A source tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively that Taylor wants in on the mega-popular series.
“It is no secret that he wants a career like Tom Cruise,” our source says. ”Getting to be a part of a huge franchise like the Fast series is one of his ideas to jump start his action career.”
Taylor Wants To Continue His Box Office Success
Taylor already had action experience with 2011′s Abduction, so Fast & Furious 7 wouldn’t be too much of a stretch. He’s about to appear in his first big-screen hit since the Twilight saga ended, and our source says he hopes to expand on that.
“Grown Ups 2 will be big this summer and he wants to bounce off that success with getting himself into Fast & Furious,” our source says.
Nothing is official as of yet, but people in his camp are grooming him for a potential role, we hear they’re looking into meetings on the subject. And let’s face it, we all know he would be perfect for it!
