Actor Shriya Saran talks about her fitness mantra
I workout every day and that is how I stay fit,” says the gorgeous Shriya Saran, recently seen in the flick Gali Gali Chor Hai alongside Akshaye Khanna and Mugdha Godse. Shriya says she wakes up early in the morning for her workout, “It is a part of my daily routine, I really enjoy it.” Though she loves to do yoga, she doesn't often get time for it. “But I do it whenever I get a chance, it leaves me so refreshed, both body and mind.
Being an actor, Shriya sometimes has a busy shooting schedule but she says, I try my best to take out time for exercise and also meditation, it really brings me peace of mind.
Ask her about her daily diet and Shriya says she eats everything. I don't restrict myself from any food item. I am a non-vegetarian and I lovehome cooked food which usually includes daal, roti, aloo ki sabji, sambhar and fish. I try to avoid ice cream and sweets though.
Yet another secret of Shriya's fit body is her regular dance schedule. I enjoy dancing, mostly Kathak. I also swim whenever I get time.
To keep her skin glowing, she uses only homemade beauty products. Also, I make sure that I drink a lot of water at regular interval.
