Let's start off by saying that yes, this is going to be a movie worth seeing in IMAX.
Director Guillermo del Toro previewed footage from his upcoming sci-fi big screen version of Power Rangers at WonderCon last month and now the trailer is up for all to see. The new trailer shows some pretty cool battle scenes between the huge deep-sea aliens and 2,500-ton battle robots, but it also hints on the storyline of mankind's struggle to avoid becoming a footnote in the extinction encyclopedia. The battle for Earth is slated to begin on July 12th.
